            From the traditional used of technology the generation evolved from a simple one to complex and easier to used. As the generation of learners changed and exerted a digital to instruct for less effort of teaching. From traditional world changed into digital world and preparing students to face a high technology world. 

            At this lesson Evaluation of Technology learning-teachers must adapt a new mindset both for instruction and evaluation. Technology help teacher for evaluating and computing grades through EXCEL. Where as in traditional they usually used paper and pencil in computing grades their students. New generation teachers use evaluative tools that measure the new basic skills of the 21^st century digital culture, namely: solution fluency, information fluency, collation fluency, creative fluency, media fluency, and digital fluency.

            Six fluencies reflect process reflect process skills of being absorbed by varied informative educational and recreational literature, textual, audiovisual, digital. Using these technologies the product outcome learning changes from verbal textual to digital expressions and the evaluation must also changes. Today the changes in evaluation approach is referred to as mass amateurization, a term which implies a mass reach of students output.

          

  In my time, the teachers used pencil, paper and calculator to input our grades at their class record. Teachers used visual aids when they have a lesson to teach. Today with the use of technology the computation of the grades is easy to do because of Microsoft Excel when you have knowledge of that application of the computer. The knowledge of using the program measures your ability to use of this new technology.

            As the teacher of this new generation, must knowledgeable enough to execute on how to use the technology. Being a preparation of high technology, we are now studying on how to used and apply the technology in every four sides of the classroom. We must prepare for this new generation to be a successful teacher that behold on the learners.
