Preferences of the Technology Generation

 

            How the technologies change in every generation? The changes appears in every needed in the society to cultivate and develop the needs of every country. Through this the development and changes occur and the old generation left behind. Today’s life is so easy than the old times. They are happy of what they have and comfortable the activities they are doing every day. But somehow the progress of every generation is successfully adapted in every generation.

            As I observing the difference between the generations of the society, slowly progressively develop for every generation. The people in this generation have a bigger gap from the generation today. The tools use, the music they usually heard is different from other generations. That differentiate between the changes of time are carried every ages that past.

            At this moment generation is different from the past. We need to execute the need of this generation. To make them stimulate for every study that we handle. Nowadays the new generation cannot stay if they left behind but from the old generation the people there is more confident and relax. The constructivism of the technology that been developed by generation can’t hardly resist because progression of developing is in the edge of every country.  

            In teaching this generation, they must know that the technology have preferences before we go so far. They must experience the old generation so that they are not innocent of that time but we must knowledgeable enough for the time on what the best thing to do.

 

Lesson 4: Bridging the Generation Gap

 

As the technology progress in every generation, we can see the difference between in the old generation than today the new generation. Lesson 4 teaches on how the old generations adopt the tie of having this millennium the digital technology. Teacher in this generation is usually use technology but the teachers in old generation hardly adapt the speed of innovation of the technology of our society. At the old technology the teacher is merely use of it and now they cannot give a doubt to use it because they don’t know how to apply it in learning of the school.

Since we’re facing the future the digital technology we must adapt it through learning of the computer. The new learners appreciate the technology that they encounter in everyday they are learning. They are challenge to face the technology ahead of their digital world and to have a skill how to use it in their learning. But in the barrios far in the progress of technology when they face the real world they are left behind and lack of knowledge of using computer in their studying.

When the first time when I saw a computer I’m afraid to hold it even the mouse of the computer because I have no idea on how to use it. Even in my research I asked them to research for me and I pay them for the help. Until we had IT subject and we need to hands on in the laboratory, that’s the time that I need to knew how to use it because it is needed. I regret why I’m afraid to know how to use computer. Now, it’s difficult to conquer the gap of being innocent in technology.

As a teacher someday I must pay attention of what is lack of the school in term of technology and give them the idea of what is in the future through technology. I must educate the student about the real world of technology that enhancing their knowledge of being there in the new generation. We have the right to teach and impart wisdom on how life goes on in this generation.

 

Lesson 3: Understanding Technology Learners

Understanding Technology Learners

Nowadays technology usually is the main component for the living. Today people adapt all the improvement and progress through technology. At this lesson the center of the learning is through the understanding and the essence of the technology in our life. Learners today are smarter than before because the teacher before the millennium used the traditional teaching with the used of the visual aid presentation. Now the student is more alive because of the technology used in the school like the video presentation as the example.  

 At this lesson emphasizes on how the students learn at the new generation than in the last generation of technology. What the effect of technology for our youth in this time. It can cause advantages and disadvantages to our new learners when they are growing with technology. Their socialization and communication to other people have difference from the last generation of society.          

In my generation on 1990’s there is no cell phone to communicate other people. We used   airmail to send a message. At this time the messages sent with the use of cell phone through text and have a chat in internet and cell phone that have a high inner capacity of load. At my time, the computer is not easy to have. Mostly the overused appliances at my time are radio, television, component, and etc. Today because of the technology the children grow lack of socializing because they can communicate through their gadgets. Mostly of them lack of good moral capability because of the new generation people are addicted to their computer and forget the morality on how to be a good person to others.

As a teacher someday I prepare to be a facilitator of the classroom on how to use a computer. Not only technology is the most important to our life but on how the children grow up with the good behavior. It is our responsibility to educate the student not only in academic but also in affective way. The children grow in a wrong if you don’t guide them in a way that they needed. We’re here to give them knowledge and to make them understand that technology is part of our life but we don’t have to neglect because it can cause peril into the future.

Since Lesson 1 is orienting for the essence of technology the boon and bane and the quality of education with the use of technology. Lesson 2 focuses on integrating of technology through teaching. How to apply technology in school and the students can adapt the changes and progress with the use of the technology. In this lesson, the course aims to instill technology in the student-teachers training for helping them to meet the flourishing global information and communication technology (ICT) environment.

Information and Communication Technology, provide knowledge and skills in technology for applying in all instruction level. Your stock knowledge in computer, enhance through hands on. It use not only how technology can help for the improvement of instruction but it help also at the school management program and curriculum.    

For now as we had a report in front of my co-students we used projector and power point so that our reporting is easy to elaborate with example through the picture or video that we insert in the power point. Mostly today for making a report we used computer and made the research for it. Through technology the work become easier than before and help us to become more adequate to obtain success. With the help of computer the work done easily and impart learning in the use of instructional technology through skill and knowledge on how to use it.

To apply for my teaching someday since the technology is trending. I apply computer and teaches them how to use it that can help them at their studying. I use power point that make my student comfortable and more presentable for the class. Today the technology help for learning but some people abuse it and they use computer even cell phone to see some kind of pornographic video that can create their imagination so badly. As a teacher I let them know how to use computer but not in a way that they use in a wrong way.
